What affects the cost of designing a website?

There are several different types of website available, you should try to work out which of these your concept fits into.

Static Sites (also known as brochure sites)

These are the most simple and contain a few pages of basic information with a nice layout and an enquiry form. Information stored in this site will rarely change.

Dynamic Sites (Content Managed)

If you plan to change your website information on a regular basis then a Content Management System is where you should be looking. You can log in to a secure area on your site and easily add news articles, extra pages and images with little to no web design knowledge.

Ecommerce Sites (Online Shops)
